Return & Shipping Policy

1. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after placing an order.

2. All items are sipped from Sacramento, CA and will arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS domestically.

3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including packages delivered to the wrong address.

4. If the package is sent back to PeraLashes, you are responsible for the shipping feeto send it again. PLEASE TYPE THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!!

5. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier.

6. We do not ship on Holidays!!!
